That the Shoes Fit
Say what? Well, if you go back a few months, you'll recall... or not... that we got a grant to outfit the 400 or so students at Northridge Elementary school with brand new shoes, and that we measured all the kids feet and ordered shoes. Well, the shoes arrived! And so, over three days, we gave all the kids, 3/4 of whom are low income, their new shoes. There were a lot of smiling faces, and the best part was... the shoes fit!
