If it seems like you've seen this story before, it's because it's a recurring tale. As part of Sacramento County's Adopt-A-Street program, we own all the trash on Madison Avenue between Chicago and Kenneth, so we're out there every three months picking it up, usually with a contingent from the Bella Vista Interact Club, a student club sponsored by Rotary. Rotary fuel (coffee and donuts) give us that needed energy boost to get the job done.
