Stay vertical, your life depends on it!

Happy New Year Resolutions - Nick is offering a "Stay vertical, your life depends on it!" balance enhancement or recovery class, lasting one hour for Club members.  I will provide everything, including a padded floor. You may film the exercises so you can remember them.

You will learn fundamentally important practical activities to help maintain your balance and hopefully prevent falls leading to injury. 

Any ability range accommodated. Wear clothes, socks and shoes to move in.

The idea is that you will learn what to practice daily on your own, or prodded by a concerned partner.
