The goal of the project is to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the employment sector through provision of culinary skill for young adults with mental challenges such as Autism. Currently, the mainstream employment rate for workers with mental disabilities is as low 22 %. Providing them with professional skills, gives them a competitive edge in the employment sector.
