We have an exciting opportunity to rally together for a great event, and I'm thrilled to invite you to join our kickoff meeting tonight at 7:00 PM via Zoom to plan for the return of our beloved Crab Feed on February 17, 2024.

Our Crab Feed has always been a highlight of our community, and we want to ensure that this year's event is nothing short of extraordinary. To make that happen, we need your input, enthusiasm, and expertise. During this meeting, we will tackle the following crucial tasks:

1. **Setting the Ticket Price:** Determining the ticket price is the first step to ensure the success of our event. Your insights and suggestions will help us find the perfect balance between accessibility and profitability.

2. **Ticket Sales Strategy:** We need to discuss and agree on how we will sell tickets. Your creative ideas can make a significant difference in reaching a wider audience and maximizing ticket sales.

3. **Organization for Success:** Planning and execution are key to making the Crab Feed a smashing success. Let's collaborate and decide how we can organize ourselves efficiently to ensure that every detail is taken care of.

Our featured speaker will be Jeannine Sparks from the Laguna Sunrise Rotary Club, who is the District 5180 Chairperson for Rotary Youth Exchange.  Jeanine will be discussing how the youth exchange progam works.

Get your Holidays Rolling!
Get involved in the 3rd annual "Fair Oaks JINGLE BOWL" being held at Fireside Lanes in Citrus Heights.

This is a fun start to kicking off the Holiday season.
Grab your co-workers, family, neighbors and friends and join in on a fun afternoon of Bowling.

The Christmas Tree Lighting at Fair Oaks Park happens December 2nd from 2-6pm.  It includes games for children, entertainment for all, live music, food for sale, and culminates with the Tree Lighting around 5:30pm.

Once again, the club will share our collective voices with Sunrise Senior Living at 4820 Hazel Avenue, singing Christmas carols as a goup.  Led by Pete Schroeder, the event is a great opportunity to enjoy Christmas spirit while providing entertainment to Fair Oaks Seniors.  Pete will bring sheet music, so just show up and enjoy the group gathering.

Once again, the club will share our collective voices with Sunrise Senior Living at 6017 Winding Way, Carmichael, singing Christmas carols as a goup.  Led by Pete Schroeder, the event is a great opportunity to enjoy Christmas spirit while providing entertainment to Fair Oaks Seniors.  Pete will bring sheet music, so just show up and enjoy the group gathering.

Our Annual Holiday Food Basket distribution will take place on December 20th.  This is a great opportunity to help families of Northridge Elementary with some extra food this holiday season.  There will be two time slots for participation, 9:00am - 11:30am to pack baskets and 3:30pm - 6:00pm to distribute the baskets.  Let Jim Erickson or Tom Freeman know of your willingness to participate.  More information will be provided in early December.

Join Jim and Diana Cralle as they once again host a New Year's Eve party at their home.  Save the Date, and more information will be published soon.
